Wow. I've never been told by a tech support person before, that "I think you understand the problem you're having". To me, it just doesn't make sense. I figure that I'd have contacted nobody if I KNEW what was going on, then there was really no reason for me to contact support.
Sheesh.
Well, I'm hoping that today it'll be resolved. Two out of the three domains that I registered and changed nameservers on Namecheap.com are NOT working with Adeel's hosting package that I purchased. Sure enough, my suspicions are coming to fruitition regarding this hosting package.
I figured that it would only be a good deal if I had access to the panel to adjust my own hosting configuration for my domains. It turned out that Adeel is leaving all the finer details about the hosting provider out and he's delegating his support team to clean up any messes as a result of the hosting.
Well. I'm five days sitting, I was told that my problem is "understood" by me (news to me) and I haven't made a dime yet on My Software Business.
It's also getting close to the point of 60 days since purchase, so refund is available up and until that point.
Hope he gets on his stuff.
